This is an online interior decor service where you submit one digital photo of your room to receive a personalized visual decorating consultation within 5-7 business days (excluding statutory holidays). Home Link Design will review your room photo to provide a room make-over recommendation. This service is also very useful for those looking for “room staging” advice.

What is a silver service? (Digital Photo required)
This online interior decor service tailors your specific design needs with suggestions on design and decor for your specific budget within 7 business days (excluding statutory holidays). You are able to submit a digital photo of your room. Your package will consist of design ideas with examples that provide you with a place to start your own room make-over. The following items are included with this service: Decor Consultation Evaluation, Arial floor plan layout, Decor Package, and Product list w/ pricing.
*This service uses various visual slides within your package to help you achieve a design look.
*Please send a clear digital photo of your room. You may send different photo frame shots of the same room, but Home Link Design will only choose one optimal digital photo for your room make-over portfolio.

What is a gold service? (Digital Photo required)

You are able to submit digital photo of your room. Your package will consist of design ideas with examples that provide you with a place to start your own room make-over. The following items are included with this service:-Decor Consultation, arial floor plan layout; Decor Package; product & pricing list & room reproduction.

A design sheet is what Home Link Design uses for online interior decor services. Your design sheet is used to provide information about your personal design preferences, room measurements, budget plans, room configuration and personal likes/dislikes. This is an easy and effective way for Home Link Design to provide you with appropriate decor feedback.

Home Link Design only needs a general room square footage and wall measurements. Provide the approximate wall dimensions as labeled North, East, South and West walls of your digital photo when completing your order.

Yes, submitting digital photos are required for all the online interior decor services. You can submit between different photo frame shots of your room depending upon the online interior decorating service, however no more than three. Only ONE optimal photo will be worked on for your online interior decor service consultation.

You can submit between 1 to 3 frame shots of a room depending on your preference. This sometimes helps Home Link Design to get a better understanding of the entire make-up of a room. However, Home Link Design will only choose ONE of your best optimal digital photographs for making room evaluations for our online interior decorating services.

Home Link Design chooses to use only one frame shot of a room in order to provide the best service possible within the required given time. After looking through the photograph selections that a customer provides, Home Link Design picks a frame shot of the room that would allow for the best possible method of conveying information to a customer within our online interior decorating services.

A frame shot is the photograph angle taken of an object or area being photographed. A viewpoint taken from the camera lens depends on the different angle or position between the photographer and the object. Therefore, it is important to include as much of the area being photographed in one frame shot so that the entire viewpoint of a room can be seen. At times this is impossible, therefore different frame shots are needed to show the observer the whole picture. Tips: *Try to take a straight frontal frame shot of your room rather than too many angle shots. *Verify that the image is level and square when taking a digital photograph. *Take your photograph in the daytime or when the room has good lighting. *Focus on the important areas of your design concern. (For instance, if you are looking at changing flooring or window treatments, make sure that these areas are seen within the frame shot taken.)

Adding audio feedback with your presentation allows you to follow along at ease. If you would rather not read all the information, just add audio to any online interior decorating services for $20.00.

Home Link Design makes ideas easy to understand our online interior decor services with the use of visual slides, sample selections, and written decor suggestions. If you prefer, add audio feedback for an additional $20.00 per service.

Home Link Design will respond to your online BRONZE PACKAGE service within 5-7 business days (excluding statutory holidays) of customer registration and receipt of payment. However, a SILVER PACKAGE or GOLD PACKAGE will be delivered online within 7 business days of customer registration and receipt of payment. An email will be sent to you if a delay in delivery occurs because of a high volume in orders.

All customer information is held private and confidential. Your personal information and credit card information is maintained within Home Link Design’s Pay Pal shopping cart for processing. A receipt is issued at time of payment via your registration email address. Home Link Design reserves the right to contact customers via email if further information is needed prior to providing a service. Yes! Home Link Design will provide in writing a refusal of online interior decor services if any of the following occurs:
1. Payment processing denied.
2.Customer photos are received unclear.
3.Customer falsified information.
4.Inability to provide timeliness service to customer.
5.Inability to provide professional decor feedback to customer due to service restrictions. *These plausible circumstances will lead to automatic refunds.

No! Home Link Design does not provide refunds once decor consultations or online interior decor services are provided. It is for this reason why Home Link Design provides affordable online interior decorating services options that far outweigh the risks. Therefore, members must participate within these forums at their own discretionary risk.

This is an avenue for members to show case any of their own renovations for others to view and rate each others renovations with star points.
