IN NO EVENT SHALL Home Link Design Inc., ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, LICENSORS OR THEIR RESPECTIVE SUCCESSORS AND ASSIGNS, BE LIABLE FOR DAMAGES UNDER THIS AGREEMENT, WHETHER ARISING IN CONTRACT (INCLUDING FUNDAMENTAL BREACH), TORT (INLCUDING NEGLIGENCE), OR OTHERWISE, EXCEEDING ONE HUNDRED CANADIAN DOLLARS ($100CND) EVEN IF Home Link Design Inc. HAS BEEN ADVISED OR OUGHT TO HAVE KNOWN OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

IN NO EVENT SHALL, Home Link Design Inc., ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, LICENSORS OR THEIR RESPECTIVE SUCCESSORS AND ASSIGNS, BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE ARISING FROM THE FAILURE OF Home Link Design Inc. OR YOUR (the Client) FAILURE TO PROTECT YOUR PASSWORD OR ACCOUNT INFORMATION TO ACCESS OR LOGIN INTO ANY BLOG(S), FORUMS, OR PORTFOLIO SERVICES PROVIDED WITHIN THIS WEB SITE.

IF YOU USE, OR ATTEMPT TO USE, ANY Home Link Design Inc.'s CONTENT BEYOND THE SCOPE OF THE LICENSE GRANTED IN THIS AGREEMENT, OR BEYOND THE SCOPE EXPRESSLY GRANTED BY Home Link Design Inc., OR ATTEMPT TO, TAMPER, HACK, SPOOF, USE ROBOTS OR SCRIPTS, COPY, DISTRIBUTE, STORE, MODIFY, OR OTHERWISE CORRUPT THE ADMINISTRATION, SECURITY, OR PROPER FUNCTION OF ANY PART OF THE WEB SITE, THEN, IN ADDITION TO TERMINATION OF THIS AGREEMENT, YOU MAY BE SUBJECT TO APPROPRIATE LEGAL AND EQUITABLE ACTION.

Indemnity
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Home Link Design Inc.and its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors and their respective successors and assigns, from and against any and all claims, demands, liabilities, costs or expenses whatsoever, including, without limitation, legal fees and disbursements resulting directly or indirectly from: (i) your breach of any of the terms and conditions of this Agreement; (ii) your access, use or inability to access or use the website or any Home Link Design Inc.'s Content; (iii) your use of, reliance on, publication, communication or distribution, uploading or downloading or linking of anything on or from Home Link Design Inc.; and/or (iv) your violation of any law or regulation.
